Celerity Mineral Corporation (“Celerity”) is currently a subsidiary of Peloton Minerals Corporation (CSE Symbol: PMC, OTC Symbol: PMCCF) who plans to spin Celerity out as its own self-funding public company during 2023.

Celerity owns a 100% interest in the Boulder Copper Porphyry Project, Jefferson County, Montana (the “Boulder Project”) which is comprised of almost 14 square miles of mineral claims and is located 16 miles from Butte, Montana, home of North America’s largest copper porphyry deposit and mine.

The Boulder Project hosts a known copper porphyry system that is under explored. The Boulder Project and Butte are considered to be cogenetic.
